Standard Features
• Triple (3) 40kHz Simultaneous Multi-Frequency units provide 1,000W each (3,000W total) at an adjustable sweep rate of 100 to 1,000Hz and have adjustable power intensity control.
These Generators are truly Industrial Grade, fan cooled units featuring Solid State circuitry which is protected from shorts and opens on the load side and meet all FCC requirements.
They are capable of continuous operation and provide constant output power with less than 5% change in spite of load and/or temperature variations of the liquid volume and product mass being cleaned. Includes a Full Two Year Warranty.
• "Vibra-Bar" ultrasonic transducers will be bonded to the bottom of the tank and are
warranted for a full Ten Years (bonding only). The unique construction of the bar provides a "Simultaneous Multi-Frequency" output or complex resonances of 38 - 42 kHz which virtually eliminate undesirable standing waves.
• Easy to use digital thermostat controls heating functions and displays temperature in an easy to read display.
• Digital device allows operator to program 24/7 heat cycles so the unit is always ready to use when needed.
• The stainless steel oscillation & lift platform creates agitation and scouring of small
machine parts which is especially effective on small fastener machined parts to clean out small diameter holes, crevices and blind holes.
• 6.75 kW drop in heater with thermostat control, this feature also includes 1" foam insulation on all sides and tank lid.
• Large 2" diameter drain plug at bottom of slopped tank to allow for easy cleanout when changeover of cleaning solution is required.
• Automatic Lid which allows the operator to be performing other tasks as machine
completes cleaning cycle.
• Abanaki® belt-style oil skimmer removes oil from wash tank to maintain consistently high levels of cleanliness, prevent re-depositing of oil on parts, and prolong life of cleaning fluid. Skimmer has a built in 24 hour timer for optimizing use.
• Feature adds cycle timer for TR-Series Liftkleens. When timed cycle is complete, platform will raise and lid will open. Timer will have a working range of 0-999 seconds or minutes for long cycle requirements. Factory set to 300 seconds (5 minutes).
• Low liquid cutoff with stainless steel float switch to disable heaters and prevent damage to machine in a low liquid situation.
