Technical Specification
The external air purification unit is made of a structure in Aisi 316 stainless steel.
Containment paneling in Aisi 316 stainless steel sheet and side doors for access to the internal parts
of the machine complete with gaskets.
Support guides for the modules in aluminum.
Construction suitable for outdoor installation.
The unit consists of the following sections:
o Pre-filter section for dust removal entering the unit (efficiency G4)
o Chemical section (1st bank) consisting of no (2) Purafil PK12 modules pre-filled with Puracarb media
o Chemical section (2nd bank) consisting of no (2) Purafil PK12 modules pre-filled with Select Chemisorbant media
o Post-filter section for dust removal exiting the unit (efficiency G4)
o Air inlet and outlet flanges for connection with ducts.
The Purafil modules consist of a rigid polystyrene structure filled with porous alumina granules and
impregnated carbon for the irreversible removal of Hydrogen Sulfide and other acid gases
that may be present in the air.
