N4NS/S3-GP Alco United Kingdom Sales

The Alco N4NS/S3-GP is a precision-made needle valve constructed from 316 stainless steel, rated for pressures up to 6,000 psi and temperatures ranging from -40°C to 230°C (up to 427°C with the GP option). It features a ½" NPT connection size and offers a bubble-tight metal-to-metal seat for positive shut-off. The valve includes a non-rotating hardened tip for extended service life, pressure-responsive multi-ring piston packing, and a metal-to-metal body-to-bonnet seal. A unique bonnet locking cam prevents accidental removal, and the valve supports bi-directional flow with a preferred flow indicated. A back-seating stem extends packing life, and servicing kits are available to extend field life further.
